I'd like to find out approximatly what year this doll carriage might be from. I'd also like to know how to best clean it and how to fix the lining, which is coming down inside the hood. If it has markings where would I look for them? (Carriage info: The wheels are metal and have rubber around them. The back folds down. The handle is wood.) Anyone have any of this info?
You got a nice buy on this I just read your email :-) Is it full size baby carriage or doll size . I would say 1920-30's era . There is likely no name on it if there was one it would have been a metal plaque . Your Shirley will look great in it :-) Love it . I would just tac the lining up with a few stictches and let it be original . Many people spray paint them but I like them left as is .
