    I forget the maker of this thing, just thought I'd post it though. Malachite inlay, 20's-30's. It weighs an absolute ton. Too bad I don't have a boat, I could have a great anchor for one here. Just kiddin

      I love these clocks despite their great weight. The movements were well-made, usually circular plate, but there were square plate ones made also. There's plenty of lovely green malachite panels in your one which is nice and takes away from the drab black slate. The dial is pretty and the case isn't too bad either. There have been been ones made with rarer lapis lazuli panels - a gorgeous blue colour.
