    This lovely bowl is 12" diameter & made by 'michael anderson' of bornholmsk keramik as the stickrr on the back says it also has engraved marks/signature? on back .. it is in the cobalt blue with brown rings and natural stoneware colour & 4" deep..
    it was a great find in a bricabrac shop for £8.
    I havn't looked up the maker yet but he sounds like the scandinavian/ norwegian area of europe, ill add more when I find out. Any info welcome;-)

      I believe Michael Andersen was one of the prominent artists at the Bornholms factory in Denmark and is highly collectible. I think he took over the factory, hence his name on the label. I don’t recognize the signature in the clay, but it is not his. You can also see the namer’s mark impressed in the clay , a shield with herring, used primarily in the 1950’s. Not bad for 8 quid!
