This was represented to me as Volkmar but I don't think it is now. It is about 9" tall and heavy. The glaze obscures the mark. It looks like three or four letters to me with part of the last letter wrapping around under the rest. I don't recognize that. The glaze is terrific. Any ideas who make it?

Compare the marks. That could be a "t" at the end before the flourish?

I just found a post here on some pottery from Paris, France by Alexandre Bigot. The neck and top of my piece look related to the photos and I could convince myself that the mark might be the same, but with the glaze over it. I think it starts with a C and ends with a swoosh.
