When i was a kid, my dad owned this building which housed a bank in the 1930s. We couldn't get into the vault for several years as nobody had the combination. When my dad found the combination, we went in and i found boxes of coins which had been drilled or ruined in some way. This was the oldest one. i still have a bunch of them somewhere - lots of coins from 1810-1850 - all w/ holes or something. Am i correct that this is a 'seated half-penny'? i'm not sure which category this falls under.

This is an English half penny token of which very many different types exist. Collectors call these Condor tokens and the leading book about them is the Dalton & Hammer book. My spelling of the name may be wrong as I working from memory.
thank you v. much militarist!
