This is a blue stoneware chili or soup bowl made by Von Pok & Chang.
It is dark blue with black and white speckles with a black rim. Handles have grooves underneath perfect for three fingers to settle into each handle. Entire ceramic bowl is glazed with exception of the base. / 5 3/8" diameter
Bowl is dishwasher & microwave safe / made in China / circa year 2000
