Victorian,10 Karat Carved Shell Cameo Pin/Pendant

i bought this cameo from a jewelry group i belong to on facebook. the lady has mostly sterling jewelry and some costume jewelry. this was in the costume jewelry clearance section. it was $10. it is marked 10K and has a heart with the letter S inside it. lucky find!
