I am lost about how to look up this lamp. bought it in a yard sale. It is a 3 way lamp both top and bottom light up and it is a hurricane lamp. this I get. However the H.S.Ind 1977 and the copy right sign with NO. 718 gets me lost. can anyone guide me in the right direction? Thanks.

I received this exact lamp (same flowers, colors, everything) as a wedding gift in 1977. It was purchased in Lafayette, Indiana at the Reifers Furniture store. I believe that there is still a Reifers there. It is possible that they could still have info on this lamp.

I also have one of those lamps with the same color flowers but in different design. On the bottom of my lamp this is what I found: 1971 U&LWMC.
