    THIS IS A 24 INCH SHARPENING WHEEL I PICKED UP TODAY. IT IS DATED 1883 IN THE WHEEL HUB. VERY HEAVY. TURNS FREELY AND HAS BOTH HAND AND BELT DRIVE AS WELL AS A MAKESHIFT SEAT.
