I have a Goodrich A treadle sewing machine. Can anyone give me any information on the years of production, history, and is it worth restoring?
All moving parts seam to be functioning. I can't find any information on the model A.

Is it worth restoring - sure if you want to. It's already cosmetically challenged and it's not a terribly rare machine, so if you mean, is it worth restoring to sell for a profit, the answer is probably no. The company wasn't as big and longstanding as Singer but in its time Goodrich had a huge output of machines, sold under many different names. Goodrich was a supplier to Sears Roebuck. The company closed in 1935.
