This is a beautiful Saxe Germany 8 3/4" plate and is marked on the back and dates from around the 1900's because the crown and "SAXE" mark dates this piece to 1896 – 1910. It is also numbered 4725 / 1584. In the middle it depicts in a good quality transfer two classical maidens surrouded by garlands of hand painted flowers (3rd picture).

I am not an expert but I imagine that there were few transfer suppliers since the famous Kaufmann motives are found on different brands.
