Small metal frog perhaps aluminum, lightweight, hollow inside, appears to be original paint, was used as garden ornament by previous owner so it has been exposed to the elements and exhibits wear. Was thinking about restoring it but decided that it looks cool the way it is.
it looks like pitted aluminum or white metal to me.
