i picked this up today at the Alameda Antiques Fair. It looks good w/ the two little ones i had found at Urban Ore before. I think they are very pretty pieces and have an unmistakeable Victorian appearance.

Love the large one from what I know most of the ones i have seen are from england and of the victorian era altho i have seen older ones as well. Haven't seen the wedgewood looking white embossed one before though.

No. Not at all. What i meant was that it resembled jasper ware because of the white embossing on the side of the one pitcher. I had never before seen one like that and it just reminded me of that. However they are all most likely turn of the century english luster ware. are they marked at all. A few makers that I know of are English Staffordshire, Old Castle, Stoke on Trent. Of course a great many of them also were not signed or marked or just said England or made in England. Hope this helps you. And most were red ware or red clay pottery.
