This is a very pretty small vase with raised designs of a heron and beautiful trees and plants.
Mark seems to be: 7S2 but not sure of the last digit or letter - part of a zero or a backward 'C'.
Below that: 4002/4
Bought in an antique store about a year ago.

Looks like a piece of Bretby (English pottery company) to me. Perhaps from their line called "Clanta Ware."
That's more a best guess than a definitive ID.
Looks German to me
