Help! Needing advice on these!

Are they antique Chinese or modern replicas? Don't know how else to describe them.. porcelain, ceramic, etc... don't know! Probably about 1 - 1/2 feet high. (Can't find my tape measure but they are larger than they look in the photo.) I don't know much about them or what the history of them is. Thanks!

I'd say modern ... The dots all over the foot are far too regular and suggest modern techniques.
