Looking for information

I just found this beautiful chair. I have no clue of her age, what she is called, what she looked like when she was new. All I know is it was love at first sight. I am looking for information on how she looked when she was new, and possible suggestion on how to restore her wood finish. I have no plans to sale her, I just want to return her to her original beauty. Her current seat is stuffed with pine straw looking material, could someone tell me if that is original stuffing material. Any information about this chair would be a great help.
