I had to get this one when I saw it! Such beautiful colors in it and I think stones are glass. Only mark is the raised star on back but I have not been able to find it online. New to costume jewelry so would appreciate any help that you can give me.

Thanks everybody! Any guesses as to what it is or even search words/phrases you would use to find it? I have used all I can think of with no luck!
