NEED HELP AUTHENTICATING

Hi, I just got this. My mother found it at a garage sale, and it's pretty dusty. I need your guys' help figuring out how much it's worth and what year it's from. There's no serial numbers, or years, or manufaturing details or anything. I usually collect Looney Tunes Glasses, so this is pretty new to me. Please and thank you for your help!
