Measurements: 4" in lenght, 3/4" wide.
Looks like genuine bird feathers and old hardware. As I said before, I have never seen one and wanted help determining what this lure would be valued at. Any help is appreciated!

A really cool piece but we do not do evaluations "per se" here on this site. There must be some lure sites out there that could help.... thanks for the post and welcome to CW!

Oh its not a big thing... many people do... this is a nice lure and unusual so keep it up and see if anyone knows anything about it...
