In the late 1980's Digi-Tech produced several Disney Character watches, can't be sure but yours appears to have 1986 copyright, to blurry to make out, might be 1989....either way, these were "budget" Quartz watches sold at retailers and supported a Japan made quartz(battery powered) movement. It's a nice heirloom(you've had since childhood, lots of memories) and pretty cool dial graphics, but at the time they were produced, very common. Not really what you would call "Collector's " item...yet, a little to new, but in years will surely do so, just because they will be few and far in between. A mint in package example would be different case, but as a used piece, the memories it portrays, priceless, on older watch.
There is a Donald example on Ebay right now for sale $??.?? or best offers, you can watch and see if sales, it might give you better idea that I can.
