Figural Type Wall Mounted Bottle Opener

Happy Halloween 2015!
Don't know the maker of this cast iron wall mounted bottle opener. No markings on backside. Do not believe this is a Wilton cast product. Casting is two pieces (face & nose). Nose is welded on backside to attach it. Workmanship and overall hand painted finish is very good.
I named him Pinocchio and yes, I have tried and it does open a crown capped bottle with no problem.
