Could anyone please tell me what this item is ? It's ice blue see through glass with a hole at the top and a unit of glass of glass like a tube on the inside, I would love to know era, maker and what it is. I love unusual glass .Thanks amy

I think it a bud vase of solifleur. An awesome piece.
Looking at the faceting there is a good chance it is Murano.
It could be Czech just not a usual colour for them.

Thank you, my father did collect a lot of MURANO so could be I love its colour
