    All I can say is I got this a long time ago. On the large blade is imprinted USA at the base and the pen blade has what appears to be a serial number.

      Is that a broken blade I see in your 2nd picture, the photo on the right??? Looks like what you have is what I refer to as a single-hinged 3-bladed jackknife.

      My immediate reaction upon seeing your knife was "COLONIAL or IMPERIAL, '60s or '70s; but without the brand name stamped on the knife, who's to say???

      I'm afraid that's the extent of this weekend hobbyist's "educated" guess, limited as it is. {;>)
