Long narrow tapestry with mythical creatures. Has fringe on ends and as accents on piece at various points. Item used to belong to a woman who mainly collected polish art. She lived in NYC all her life. Any help in identifying origin and what it displays would be much appreciated. Thank you!
The woven section reminds me of Indonesian Ikat.
