Czech Spatter Glass Jug?

I have seen posted many pattern and color vases similar to this pitcher as possible Welz or Ruckl glass. This pitcher is about 9" tall and has a rough pontil. I love the colorful splashes of color and how the satin glass feels. The handle is brown and has two notches in it where it attaches at the bottom. I am not sure who made this piece, but would love to hear any ideas. It seems old considering the wear at the base.
