What is this thing? I can't find another example like it. I would appreciate any help that you can give me on this one. It measures 5 5/8" long with a 2 1/4" wide clawed bowl and weighs 34 grams. It is marked F & B Sterling.

I would imagine it's for propping on a cup. The prongs keep the spoon from falling into the cup.
