Bought this off of 5 mile app. It's all solid wood. The back is solid 8 inch tongue and grove slats. It does have veneer. There is a skeleton key mechanism, but it doesn't lock the drawers. I'm trying to get an idea of an age. I'm thinking early 1900's .
Looks to be Victorian from the top drawer. The dovetails and square nail would support the same time period-- 1860s- 90s.
Too bad about the condition. These are not in vogue right now and the work to rehab this piece is more than the price of one in great condition.
