Same estate sale as the Chinese vase. I found this in a bundle of mini frames. I'm clueless onto who made it but if this is a cheap piece of art I'm looking to add more. Extreme detail to the tree and rocks with ripples in the water. I'm more of a sports guy but this is probrobly the best item I've added
