Dakota Central Telephone Co. The sign measures about 2' x 2'. It is pretty good condition. It is 2 sided with a flange. We inherited this from an uncle. We don't know anything about.

A very colorful and hard to find sign it was used in North Dakota and Minnesota from 1908 to 1920. There are repro's of this sign being sold on Ebay. Yours looks like the real item.

It is difficult to find anthing from this telephone company. The company was absorbed by Northwestern Bell slowly from the 1920's to the 1930's. A beautiful sign!
