    Silver Kenmore sewing machine I think its dated back to 1940's or 50's. It has a knee lever that operators it and it still works. It's in a Oakwood desk that inside storage

      I need some help with dating this sewing machine, it has been in the family for over 30 years. It still works

      Kenmores of this age (mid 50's) are usually Japanese. They have a code on them which can be usually identified. Here is the model in question, maker not confirmed http://needlebar.org/cm/displayimage.php?album=315&pid=8698#top_display_media
