Mint issued indian war medal

Of course I was offered a couple more indian war medals today. It's been that kind of month. I now have what I believe to be a mint issued indian war medal with an m number on the bottom of the rim.

As I understand it m numbers are not traceable but I have no reason to doubt that these medals also belonged to Mr George webb
