    I believe this to be wax seal impression used in a hand stamper. It's approximately 2 x 2 x 0.25 inches. Weight is 165.9 grams. It tests at 10K gold. Any thoughts are appreciated....

      Nice,,quite a bit value just in gold...Early Eagle may not be American, but if it is American, it probaly be a wowzer!

      It's really cool...but gold doesn't tarnish like that. That eagle looks to be in the 1800's nice.
