A similar basket brooch is listed on eBay and referred to as 'rare,' with the asking price of $227. This is from the same estate sale as the swan pin. The ribbons hanging from the bow are 'en tremblent.' I wear a lot of pink and this just stands out on an outfit.
Again, I'd like to know about when it was made.
