Identify what material and item Turquoise?

Hello Everyone-

Need help with identifying the material of this bangle.

Bangle seems to be created from a mold.

Measurement:
3-3/4" Diameter (outer opening)
2-1/2" Diameter (inner opening)
1/2" Thick
.15 Oz - weights

Description of feel-
It feels like plastic, however sturdier than plastic. Dense.
When I run my fingers on the bangle, it's smooth however I can slightly feel the bumps or the web. It's very minimal.

Tested for bakelite and came out negative.

I don't think it's turquoise and doesn't look like. Maybe it's another type of material I'm not aware of?
