Victorian white threaded Peloton glass vase - Harrach?

This Victorian Peloton glass vase is made from clear glass with applied Peloton threads in white. It measures 9.5 cm tall, 4.5 cm across the cut & polished top rim, & 4 cm across the base. It has a simple amphora type shape with applied handles. This was a very lucky flea market find around 20 years ago for only $2. I think this might be by Harrach.
