Materials:
- Leather bands
- long narrow metal beads approx. 2 1/4",
- large approx. 1 3/4" wooden beads that look like Nutmeg (only bigger),
- between 1 3/4" - 2" long teeth,
- deteriorating feathers

These could be from Africa as part of a ceremonial dance costume. That's just my guess.
