Victorian glass vase with applied acanthus leaf

This Victorian glass vase is made from opaque custard coloured glass which contains uranium & glows under UV light (it does look quite greenish in daylight as well). The vase has an applied amber crest on the fan shaped top rim, & an applied acanthus leaf in pink & amber glass. It measures 15 cm tall, 10 cm across the top rim, & 9.3 cm across the base, which has a polished pontil mark. I think this may be English.
