      These were produced in the 1970's and have seen some examples as late as 1984 marked. Very few had the company and or dates, though some had initials and the date. These were part of a large inport/export trade of mainly lamps and lamp tables that was big at the time. Many shops were set up based on this trade. America, Canada, and Italian companies were involved. Have seen a lot of examples of these on ebay of course these days and some there now. Unfortunately there are little to no records that were left of the companies. I would think yours dates into the 73-75 year date. A lot of them had metal diffusers in the bottom to give a pleasant soft light.
