This Victorian fairy lamp dome is made from three layers of cased glass - clear over shaded pink, with a diamond quilted air trap pattern, & a white interior. The whole item has a satin finish, & measures 11 cm tall, 4 cm across the opening at the top, & 8.5 cm across the base. It requires a suitable cup, which I continue to search for...it seems that collecting fairy lamps is rather like buying one shoe at a time, & hoping to find the other one eventually...
Fairly certain this piece is of English origin.

It will fit nicely in a Clarke lamp cup, but the presence of air notches indicates that it is not a Clarke commissioned shade.
