I think this is German, but that's the only thing I know. haha

The coat of arms shows the lion regardant which would indicate Bohemia. The order of the words in the Latin phrase would roughly translate to The beauty and thus lived. If the words were reversed in order it would be Strength in Honor. The coat of arms could be from any city, town, family or company.
