Bib overalls found in underground dirt home 35 years ago

These are childrens bib overalls. I was wondering when are they from and who made them. The man who owned this property had no living reletives
and had died years before I found them. His house was in the middle of these trees and part of it was underground, dirt walls and floors. It was like walking into the past. It was up north.
