Hello I have this stone that I think might be a sapphire and looks well cut and I am hoping to find out more from a expert or enthusiasts.

I'm sorry, but it is impossible to identify nearly all cut stones based on color from an image. They must be rated by a gemologist in person.

      Thanks razzy for helping.

      Also could be Spinel
    4. Steptoe1 Steptoe1, 9 years ago
Thanks Lit I will try and look at some spinels

Could also be Kunzite, deep pink to deep pink/purple

Thanks Lit I have heard of kunzite, is there a clue in how they are cut as to where they are from or the age.?
    7. Litco2, 9 years ago
Kunzite comes from Brazil and Afghanistan mostly. The best out there is from Afghanistan in my opinion. Age really isn't a factor in gemstones...clarity, size, color are what you want to know.
