    Trying to find out if anyone knows how to read markings on a vintage old canister I obtained a few years ago. Any information would be helpful. I think it must have been cherished enough by someone who took the time to glue the cover back the best that they could have. Any ideas ? ? ?

      Also has a mark under the lid which looks like OI . . .

      The style is, I believe, Rose Medallion.
