1900-1915 hanging tulip- shade fixture

Any help identifying this?
It's in the "Handel" style but has no markings that we can find.
It's been hanging in the family home (southern WV) since it was installed and has been used continuously.
We think it was probably installed around 1915, but possibly as late as the '20s.
It's approximately 30" tall with 3 beautiful multi-layered tulip shades made of (we believe)slag glass. The chains and such are bronze.

If anyone knows what it is or has seen anything similar, we'dm love to know~!
