I bought this the other Day at Goodwill for $2.00 thinking it's something old! It's Cast Iron and little rusty ! Looks like some kind of measuring scale of some sort! Can anyone tell me what it is and what it was used for ! Thank you for looking and any information would be appreciated!

Agree w/ patchas. It would fasten to a wall (w/hooks pointed up and lettering upside down) to hold the rear edge of an old ceramic lavatory sink -- the type with a couple metal legs under its front corners. 1940's-60's.
