Persian charger

I got this charger from an estate auction a few months ago. It was a bric a brac lot so the charger was buried in with other items. It got my attention after I got home from the auction and I found that there are some Arabic writing on the bottom of the charger.

I am hoping that someone here is able to help me identify the writing and possible age of this charger. Thank you in advance!
