Antique glass and metal table lamp with windmill scene

Looking for suggestions on origin/maker/year of this glass and metal table lamp.

As a child it was my most favorite thing in the living room. I loves seeing it lit up. My parents don’t recall when or where they bought it. They have lived in Ohio their entire 58 years of marriage. My Dad served in Germany in early 50’s but I doubt he brought it back from Europe.

The lamp is quite heavy, about 25 inches tall, the shade is 20’imches across at bottom, has 3 bulb sockets no identifiers on the base or shade.
