So a few years ago, I bought this painting from a shop that said they really didn't know much about the picture. The picture itself is 19 x 15 with the frame, it is 24 x 20. You can see swirls in the paint near her hair but know nothing more than this about her. Can anyone make any suggestions. The back of the picture is just brown paper glued to the frame. Not sure what the frame is made of as it feels a little solid but a bit delicate around the corners.
The frame itself is a common one for the nineteen seventies.
