Tools and Hardware3782 of 10269I have no idea what this is, bought over seas somewhere.Anyone have knowledge of this? I believe it might have been used at San Quentin.

    Picked this up, and cannot find any sources. Fine Damascus and horn (antler)with a box. Clearly vintage.
