This belonged to my grandmother. It is in non working condition. I want to get it repaired and wear it. Does anyone know best place to get it repairef?

Very pretty & delicate watch. I would try an established jeweler in your area, if they can't repair it they could probably recommend a good watch repair person or place - good luck
